Your microsite stays live until the end of your hosting period. Once sold, you can let it expire or redirect it to your personal agent profile. Active listings on monthly plans continue until the end of the final paid month.

The per-listing price covers everything: design, build, AI location research, and 2 months of hosting. No separate setup fees or hidden charges. After 2 months, extend at $25/month or grab the 3-month bundle for $60 (saves $15). All property types, same rate.

• Minimum 5 photos, maximum 10 photos per listing
• Accepted formats: JPEG or PNG, minimum 1MB per file
• Photos must be of the listed property — no stock or watermarked images
• You confirm you have the rights to use all photos submitted
• Floor plan: any quality accepted (photo, scan, or PDF)
• Video tour: provide a YouTube link — raw video files not accepted

• The clock starts only when we have your complete intake form, all photos, and full payment — not on partial submission
• Standard delivery: 48 business hours | Rush: 24 business hours (+$150, subject to availability)
• Incomplete submissions older than 14 days are placed on hold and may require resubmission

1 round of revisions included. All feedback must be submitted in one consolidated message.

Included:

• Listing price update
• Swap up to 3 photos (within original 10-photo limit)
• Correct factual errors (address, size, room count, tenure)
• Add or replace floor plan image
• Add or update video tour link
• Update agent contact details or profile photo

Chargeable at $60 per round:

• More than 3 new photos after go-live
• Layout or design style changes
• Rewriting the AI location description from scratch
• Structural content changes requiring significant rework

Revisions requested more than 30 days after go-live are treated as a new paid round.

• Output quality depends on input quality — we cannot fully recover very blurry or very dark photos
• If no enhancement instructions are provided, we proceed using our own professional judgment. No redo will be offered on that basis.
• Additional images beyond 10: +$12 per image
• Re-generation of an already-enhanced image (different style or direction): +$12 per image
• Floor plan AI polish covers 1 level. Additional levels: +$40 each (2D) or +$55 each (3D redraw)

• Available within Singapore only. Locations outside the central area may incur a $30 travel surcharge, confirmed before booking.
• Agent or authorised representative must be present to grant access
• No-show with less than 24 hours notice: shoot is forfeited, $80 rescheduling fee applies
• Photos are licensed for this specific listing microsite only — not for use elsewhere without a separate agreement

• Minimum 3-month commitment. Billed monthly from start date.
• After 3 months: month-to-month, cancel with 30 days written notice
• Cancellation mid-month: plan stays active until end of billing month — no partial refund
• Unused listing slots do not roll over to the next month
• Upgrade anytime (prorated); downgrade takes effect next billing cycle
• Reinstatement within 30 days: no fee. After 30 days: $50 reinstatement fee

• Full payment required before work begins. Accepted: bank transfer and PayNow.
• Invoices due within 3 business days. Unpaid orders are released from the queue.
• Before build starts: full refund less $30 admin fee
• After build starts, before delivery: 50% refund
• After preview link delivered: no refund
• Rush surcharge is non-refundable once the build has begun

• All standard listings are hosted on a mypropfolio subdomain — for example: your-property.mypropfolio.co
• This is included in every listing at no extra cost
• If you want a custom domain (e.g. luxurysentosaunit.com), we can register and manage it for you at an additional annual fee — $120/year for .com, $180/year for .sg
• Custom domain fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered
• We manage DNS, SSL, and annual renewal at the same rate — you will be notified before renewal is due

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted listing information — price, address, unit details, and key features
• mypropfolio is not liable for errors in content that were submitted incorrectly
• You confirm you have the right to use all photos submitted
• AI-generated location descriptions are based on publicly available data — review content before approving the preview
