Fill in our intake form with your property details. Address, asking price, unit type, key features, photos, and floor plan. You can also include a video tour link if you have one. The more you give us, the better the result. Most agents complete the form in under 10 minutes.
Floor plans do not need to be high resolution — we can sharpen them or even produce a 3D floor plan as an add-on. If you do not have professional photos, ask us about our GradePixel photography add-on.
Build.
We research the neighbourhood using AI. MRT walking distances, nearby schools, malls, hawker centres, parks, and upcoming URA developments. This becomes the location story buyers actually want to read.
Then we design and build your microsite. You receive a preview link for approval before it goes live. Standard delivery is 48 hours. Rush delivery is 24 hours.
Share.
Your microsite is live on a clean, shareable URL. Send it via WhatsApp, email, or include it in your marketing materials. Works on every device with no app required.
Your listing stays hosted for the duration of your plan, with a minimum of 2 months. When the property sells, let it expire or redirect to your agent profile page.

Good photos make a significant difference to how the microsite performs. If your current photos were taken on a phone without a tripod in poor lighting, it is worth the investment.
